One Last Craft….

One last craft before Crafty Kits Month ends….but first just let me say….Happy Leap Year!  We don’t see February 29th all that often!

Happy Rudolph Day!!

Happy Rudolph Day!!! Crafty Kits Month is almost over! I hope you managed to get a craft list made for 2012!  Over at the MHH forums the new movie pick has been posted. For February it’s Miracle on 34th Street. I hope you’ll join us in the forums to discuss this Christmas classic!

Remember your THREES for Rudolph Day…something fun, something to organize, and something to actually DO. If you follow the Rudolph way, you’ll be ready for an organized and beautiful Christmas!

March is Book and Movies Month, so we will be talking about organizing them, post some crafts to go along with the books (perfect for kids) and just be talking about good Christmas books and movies!  I hope you’ll visit again to see what we have planned for March!

More Christmas Subway Art…

Spool Ornaments

Free Printable Storage Labels

These free printable storage labels are available over at The Project Girl.  I know it is for holiday decor of all kinds..Christmas, Halloween etc BUT…..I thought we could also use it as part of our Crafty Kits storage….for those projects that need to be tucked away somewhere….when we need them…we can refer to this storage page rather than digging in closets and storage shelves!!

Craft Storage Ideas

Votive Candle Holders in a tray! Super cute. Shown at: Squidoo.

Storage containers from repurposing. These are vienna sauage tins but I think those little Pringles cans would work great!  The directions are available at: Tethered to Home.

Advent Action Cards

Aren’t they adorable. It’s an idea to make Advent Action cards….you can use these in addition to your regualr Advent calendar and it makes the Christmas season even brighter. They are fun little actions or “tasks” to complete each day bringing joy and goodwill to others!  Check out the idea. I’d love to hear what you think of it!  I think it’s pretty awesome!
